I understand that for some women pregnancy, labor, the effects on your body and mind can be traumatizing. Not every woman has that instant connection that you read about in all the birthing books. And that’s ok. Here at MindRise, I create space to talk about the things that we might hold inside because of shame and guilt. You do not have to suffer in silence.
